1050 : Yellow Pages GUI & CSS Structure

This is a web revamp job. I guess everybody know yellow pages but not everybody know or use yellow pages web. But anyway, our task is to redevelop the design to increase and make it easy for user interaction and info navigation. Razlan has did a good job by interpreting this. It is also a fully and enhance usage of CSS, to make sure the web load faster and look nicer.
